Investor FAQ

Investment & Partnership FAQ

Direct answers to common operational, legal, and financial questions regarding our pre-seed round.

Our pre-seed ticket size starts at ₱250,000 for individual angel participants and up to ₱2,000,000 for strategic syndicate or distribution partners, accommodating both direct equity and convertible instruments depending on advisor/investor profile.
Our downspout micro-turbine housing, blade profile design, and hybrid switching controller are protected as Utility Models with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL). Seed capital will fund additional design patent filings.
Based on a conservative run-rate of ₱8M in annual installations, the company is projected to achieve operational break-even by Month 10 post-funding. Margins expand significantly as recurring SaaS and annual O&M revenues accumulate.
To align long-term value, pre-seed investors in PRIME Hybrid Energy are granted allocation rights or share-swap options into sibling ventures (BIG 4 Expo, ICKY, Prime Axis, Thrifty Tribe) as detailed in the master shareholder agreement.
We are registered in the Philippines as a private corporation. The corporate structure separates the primary EPC operations from sibling platform ventures while offering unified investor oversight and consolidated reporting for pre-seed shareholders.
