BIG 4 EXPO runs on two touring seasons per year - September to December and April to June - visiting strategic municipalities across all five provinces of Island of Panay. Each stop is a 3-day full exhibition hosted in the municipality's key event venue.
Future expansion planned for other provinces within Western Visayas and neighboring regions.
Five strategic municipalities - one per province - anchoring the first circuit of the year. Timed to align with post-harvest agri-season and the regional business planning quarter.
The second circuit visits five more strategic municipalities - focusing on interior towns and growth centers that serve as trade hubs for surrounding barangays and rural communities.
LGUs, barangay associations, and civic organizations are welcome to submit an Expression of Interest for hosting consideration. Strategic municipalities with convention centers, gymnasiums, or open trade venues are prioritized.

Yes. LGUs and civic partners may submit an expression of interest. Suitable venues include convention centers, gyms, trade halls, and large covered courts.
Is this open to students?
Yes. Day three is designed for community engagement, student tours, career discovery, and practical technology workshops.
Are packages per stop?
Yes. Listed exhibitor rates are per municipality stop. Multi-stop circuit participation can be arranged with custom pricing.
